COMPOSITION

On the topic

“I WANT TO TELL ABOUT MY GRANDMOTHER”

Teacher: Kuznetsova Lyudmila Petrovna

S. Mikshino, 2014

My grandmother is a famous person in the village of Vyshkovo, Likhoslavl district. She was born in 1939 in the village of Kaleikino, Vyshkovsky village council. Her mother (Lyubov Vasilievna) worked at the post office, and her father (Mikhail Ivanovich) was a teacher by profession, but for many years he gave to his native collective farm “Hammer and Sickle”, and was its chairman.

They taught their daughter, Valentina Mikhailovna, to peasant labor from childhood. Grandma knew how to do everything around the house, in the garden, and in the yard. The love for creative physical work remained in her throughout her life.

After graduating from school, she decided to become a teacher and entered the Kalinin Pedagogical Institute. I studied diligently, although the time was difficult. In the distant 50s, she came to work at the Vyshkovo eight-year school, where she began teaching history lessons to students. How carefully she prepared for each lesson! How I wanted to present knowledge in an accessible way! Until late in the evening, and sometimes even into the night, she spent time preparing for classes, and the next morning she ran to school.

Lessons began, and a young teacher, always smart and neat in everything, entered the class. From her lips came stories about the life of the people of our country in different years. Children learned a lot of new and interesting things from the life of feudal lords, kings, and rulers. Each story was accompanied by a demonstration of illustrations from various literary sources. The history cabinet was replenished with valuable materials about the Great Patriotic War, the people of the collective farm, and the history of the school.

Soon my grandmother got married. Children were born into her family: two sons and a daughter. But it is a great pity that my husband passed away early after an illness. She had to shoulder all the burdens of family worries. Clean the house, work in the garden, and take care of the animals in the yard! Besides, there was always work to do at school! How else could it be? We needed money, we needed to raise children, teach them...

So for many years, remaining alone, she fought heroically with all difficulties and never cried at fate.

Grandmother did a lot of work among the population of the village and surrounding villages to explain the decisions of the Plenums of the CPSU Central Committee, and talked about the life of the villagers. She was always loved and respected.

There was practically no free time left, but she always came to the local club for concerts on holidays and participated in amateur performances. Various clubs were organized in Vyshkov (for example, “Weather in the House”), and my grandmother, together with other club members, did a lot of work with families in which various problems arose.

Her community work was always visible. Light-hearted, simply and tastefully dressed, neat, she ran into the workshops of the collective farm and onto the farm with the collective farmers to talk about the upcoming elections.

This year my grandmother turned 75 years old. But she continues to work at her native school. How much has changed in life! Big changes have come to the modern school. Grandma is mastering the computer, working a lot with email and the school website. Of course, it is difficult, but despite all the difficulties she again shows her persistent character and does not part with school.

Her father, Mikhail Ivanovich Smirnov, went through the Finnish War, the Great Patriotic War, and has many awards. He is an Honorary Resident of the Likhoslavl District, a veteran of war and labor. He still lives in his native village, does not succumb to illness or old age.

I’m just happy for my grandparents and great-grandfathers and I’m proud of them. It’s surprising, because a difficult time befell them, but it didn’t break them! You need to have great willpower and great patience. Thanks to their efficiency, they survived the harsh years for the entire country. They can live, enjoy this life and give joy to others.

Now the grandmother lives in a spacious wooden house, where her children and grandchildren come to visit. She has a large garden, very well-groomed; for the winter she collects good harvests of apples and berries. She grows her own vegetables.

Recently, the regional newspaper “Our Life” published an article about my grandmother, Valentina Mikhailovna. Many acquaintances say: the correct article is truly deserved.

Family is very important for every person: parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents, uncles, aunts and so on, everyone loves and supports each other. But grandmothers and granddaughters have a special relationship. I want to tell you about my beloved grandmother, who had to go through and experience a lot in her life. And although she is not with us, we remember and love her always.
My grandmother, Valentina Fedorovna Kravchenko, was born in 1925 in the village of Ivanovka and lived here all her life. Her mother died when the girl was ten years old, and therefore her father had to raise all the children alone. When the Great Patriotic War began, my grandmother's grandfather went to the front, and the father stayed with the children. Everyone who could worked on the collective farm to supply the front with food; my grandmother worked on a tractor from dawn to dusk. The machine and tractor station was located in the village of Kazanka, and my grandmother, wearing rubber boots in winter, since she had no other shoes, went with her friends to repair tractors.
When the war ended, my future grandfather, Nikolai Ivanovich Marchenko, returned from the front. Although there were many girls in the village, he chose the cheerful, hard-working Valentina. When they got married (the times were post-war, hungry, weddings as such were not celebrated), they were given one cast iron pot and two spoons as a gift. As time passed, they had six children: two sons and four daughters. The whole family lived in a two-room hut, the children had to sleep behind the stove, on a wooden couch, and the youngest were put on the bed. To feed his family, my grandfather worked several jobs at once, they didn’t pay money, but they were given sticks - workdays - and at the end of the year they were given grain or other products for workdays. The children picked berries and mushrooms in the forests and fed themselves from the gardens.
Suddenly, a great misfortune befell my grandmother - my grandfather died at the forty-ninth year of his life. It was very difficult for the whole family back then. The two older children started their own families, and four remained in the hands of my grandmother. She now also had to work several jobs to raise and educate her children. She was often sick and mourned for her husband for a long time. But despite the difficulties, she raised all the children. And then she helped them: she nursed her twelve grandchildren, including me, and was kind and affectionate with everyone. She had five great-grandchildren, and only the sixth great-granddaughter, my niece Yanochka, did not have time to see - she died two days before her birth.
Grandmother lived eighty-two years, her life was full of work, hardships and joys, and she lived it with dignity.
I am proud of my grandmother, I love her, and I will always remember and in difficult times tell myself: “I succeeded in my grandmother, I will overcome everything, because our whole land rests on such real Russian women!”

Over the years of my life, I have learned a lot, learned a lot and felt a lot. From the first minutes of my life, I felt the love of my parents, their care and affection. Feeling their gentle hands, seeing a face that, regardless of the time of day, radiated happiness and warmth, I understood the importance of these people in my life. I understood that this was the dearest and closest thing I have...

It’s not surprising, because this person is dear, close, like a second mother. How to write an essay about your grandmother? In general, there are no special features. The most important thing is that the child expresses his thoughts from the heart, so that every word flows from the bottom of his heart.

It is not difficult to write an essay about a grandmother, because the feelings of a grandson or granddaughter are sincere, so it will not be difficult to express them.

What can you write in an essay about your grandmother?

A creative story can tell a lot of things. Most often, an essay about a grandmother includes:

  • Stories about interesting situations that are connected with a loved one.
  • Amazing travel experiences with my grandmother.
  • Funny stories told by a close relative.
  • Also in such essays, children talk about what feelings they have for their grandmother and how she treats them.

These are just some options for what you can write about your grandmother. In fact, every student can tell about everything that he wants to tell about a dear person.

How to properly plan an essay about your grandmother

To make it easier for a son or daughter to write, parents should offer their help. An essay about a grandmother should be presented according to a plan that will help convey thoughts in the correct order. The writing sequence could be as follows:

  1. Introduction. This is the part that briefly describes the essence of the task.
  2. Main part. At this point, each child can use his emotions and his own thoughts. It is in this part that the essay-reasoning about the grandmother gains momentum and carries the main idea.
  3. Conclusion. The end of a story about a loved one can be short. For example, you can write that the child is proud of his grandmother and follows her example in many ways.

These elementary points of the story will help you write a full and detailed essay. It is this type of creative work that will help the child get the highest score for the assignment.

Essay about grandmother for little ones

Of course, elementary school children need to write a simple, small assignment. Even a short essay about a grandmother is quite acceptable for writing by first or second grade boys and girls. As an example, you can take the following options:

On weekends, my parents often take me to visit my grandmother Lyuda. I really love visiting her. There was never a time when I felt bored or had nothing to do there.

Grandma Luda always comes up with interesting tasks for me. Sometimes I help her clean out her clothes closet. While folding clothes, a whole carnival begins for me. Grandma lets me try on whatever I want. And I'm giving her a fashion show. It's a lot of fun to play with her. Grandma always supports me in all game ideas and takes part in them with pleasure.

I am very glad that I have such a grandmother. There's never a dull moment with her.

I often go to visit my grandmother Vika. I love visiting her.

Before my arrival, my grandmother prepares delicious pies that smell throughout the whole house. And she always invites me to make a cake with her. Mom usually doesn't allow me to interfere with cooking. Grandma Vika also allows me to inspect all the closets. Every time I find something interesting and unusual.

I adore my grandmother, she is the best in the world.

During the summer holidays I often have to be with my grandmother Lera. My parents send me to the dacha, and since my grandmother doesn’t work, she always goes there with me.

Grandma has a lot of interesting ideas and exciting games. It's never boring with her. Although my grandmother is not very young in age, she is active and nimble, you can even run races with her. And in the mornings, she and I go to the lake and swim. In the evening we light a fire and tell each other interesting stories.

I love my grandmother very much. I'm glad I have it.

Such essays are quite suitable for elementary school children.

Essay about grandmother for middle school children

Students in the fifth, sixth or seventh grade may well be asked to write an essay about their grandmother. Of course, children of this age can already write more complex stories. For example, an essay about a grandmother for high school students could be as follows:

I have a grandmother, Clara. Both I and my younger cousins love her very much. Relaxing and walking with grandma is difficult to compare with anything. She has stories and interesting facts from life for every occasion.

Most of all I love going to the forest with my grandmother. She has a great voice and always starts singing to the sounds of nature. My brothers and I know all her songs by heart. Therefore, while the fire is burning, we sing together with her.

I am grateful to fate that I have such a wonderful grandmother. It’s a lot of fun with her both on the hike and at home.
